Mag-ingat sa data/money; public meeting, own transport/trusted person; report scam/impersonation/coercion/threat/exploitation/harassment/minors. Local emergency services kapag danger.

3. Bawal

Minor access; fake/impersonation/account sale/ban evasion; fraud/money solicitation/spam/unauthorized commerce/payment-referral-gift abuse; harassment/stalking/threat/blackmail/hate/violence/private data; illegal/CSAM/non-consensual intimate/exploitative/prohibited explicit content/malware; bots/scraping/mass collection/attacks/access-payment-rate-privacy-moderation bypass; false reports. Mandatory interoperability, lawful complaints/statutory rights remain.

4. Content/moderation

Iyo ang ownership; confirm rights/lawfulness. Non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free licence to host/copy/resize/transmit/display/adapt only operation/safety/moderation/improvement/law/features; sublicense only providers. Ends at deletion except delivered messages/cache/backup/narrow hold; no unrelated ads of likeness without permission. For suspicion/violation/illegality/risk/fraud/law, maaaring review/remove/reduce/restrict/suspend/terminate proportionately. Where required/safe, notice item/grounds/facts/automation/duration/appeal; ban-case/support allows reply/evidence at independent review where possible. Illegal notice precise.

5. Premium/gifts/referrals

Features/price/tax/cycle/offer/renewal shown before purchase; renewal only disclosed/authorized via Stripe Web/Google Play Android. Cancel in purchase channel/settings stops future renewal; access until paid end unless law. App deletion doesn't cancel; failed/reversed payment may pause; future changes with notice/no retroactivity. Promo Premium time-limited/non-cash. Gifts digital items, not money/cash/transfer outside, server verified; harmful/chargeback may remove, mandatory refunds remain. Genuine referral only; manipulation invalidates rewards.

6. Consumer rights

Mandatory conformity/remedies/refunds remain. EEA distance service may have 14-day withdrawal. Digital content loses right only after supply begins with prior express request/consent and required acknowledgment; service follows statutory rules. Checkout/provider must capture choice; this clause is not waiver. Provider + admin@adam-eva.app. Walang blanket “all sales final”.

7. Availability/third parties/IP

May maintain/secure/update/change/discontinue at may downtime; material adverse paid change respects notice/remedy. Google/Play/Firebase, Stripe, Azure, IPinfo, OpenStreetMap have terms but do not remove our duties. Code/brand/UI/design/database/proprietary ranking-security protected; personal non-commercial licence ends with contract.

8. Liability/termination

To maximum extent permitted by law, no liability for unforeseeable indirect/consequential loss or solely unauthorized user/unsafe meeting despite warnings/UGC/your credentials/uncontrolled third party; no guarantee continuity/user truth. Not excluded: fraud, intentional/gross fault where non-limitable, death/injury negligence, mandatory privacy/consumer rights; no invalid cap. You answer for foreseeable direct loss from breach/illegal content/infringement under law, no unfair B2B indemnity. May stop/delete; subscription cancel separate; records survive only legally needed.

9. Versions/law/complaints

Published Terms retain version/dates/hash/history; material change requires re-acceptance. Server records authenticated user/version/hash/server UTC/platform/client/session/correlation, no client timestamp/fingerprint. Applicable law/court follows mandatory rules/confirmed establishment; no invented exclusive forum. EEA/UK consumer keeps home protection/courts. Support/anonymous form/admin@adam-eva.app does not limit authority/court rights.
