이용약관

1. 운영자/계정

기존 자료는 Pavlo Olehovych Konoshchenko를 운영자로 표시합니다. 문의: admin@adam-eva.app. 법적 형태/등록/주소는 코드에 없어 확인이 필요합니다. Terms는 Web/Android에 적용되며 Privacy notice, contract acceptance, Art.9 consent를 분리합니다. 만 18세 이상, 계약능력/합법적 이용자여야 하고 materially accurate data와 개인 account를 사용하며 fake/duplicate/ban evasion을 하지 말고 접근을 보호해야 합니다.

2. 서비스/안전

Profiles, discovery, likes, matches, chat, gifts, referrals, optional Premium을 제공합니다. Basic mode는 카드 없이 이용하고 Premium은 표시된 limits를 바꾸며 promo는 일시적일 수 있습니다. Match/reply/compatibility/relationship/marriage 또는 identity/intent/truth/offline safety를 보장하지 않고 badge도 endorsement가 아닙니다. 개인정보/돈 공유를 주의하고 공개 장소, 자체 교통, trusted person을 활용하며 scam/impersonation/coercion/threat/exploitation/harassment/minors를 신고하십시오. 위험은 현지 emergency services로 연락하십시오.

3. 금지행위

Minor access; fake/impersonation/account sale/ban evasion; fraud/money solicitation/spam/unauthorized commerce/payment-referral-gift abuse; harassment/stalking/threat/blackmail/hate/violence/private data; illegal/CSAM/non-consensual intimate/exploitative/prohibited explicit content/malware; bots/scraping/mass collection/attacks/access-payment-rate-privacy-moderation bypass; 허위 reports를 금지합니다. Mandatory interoperability, lawful complaints/statutory rights는 유지됩니다.

4. 콘텐츠/조치

Ownership은 이용자에게 있고 rights/lawfulness를 확인해야 합니다. Operation/safety/moderation/improvement/law/features에 필요한 범위만 host/copy/resize/transmit/display/adapt하는 non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free licence를 부여하며 providers만 sublicense합니다. 삭제 시 delivered messages/cache/backup/narrow hold 외에는 종료되고 별도 허락 없이 광고에 likeness를 쓰지 않습니다. Reasonable suspicion/violation/illegality/risk/fraud/law 시 비례적으로 review/remove/reduce/restrict/suspend/terminate할 수 있습니다. Required/safe한 notice는 item/grounds/facts/automation/duration/appeal을 알리고 ban-case/support에서 reply/evidence와 가능한 독립 review를 제공합니다. Illegal notice는 구체적이어야 합니다.

5. Premium/gifts/referrals

Features/price/tax/cycle/offer/renewal은 구매 전에 표시되고 Stripe Web/Google Play Android에서 disclosed/authorized된 경우만 갱신됩니다. Purchase channel/settings 취소는 future renewal을 막고 법이 달리 정하지 않으면 paid end까지 접근합니다. App 삭제는 취소가 아니며 failed/reversed payment는 pause할 수 있고 future change는 notice/no retroactivity를 따릅니다. Promo Premium은 time-limited/non-cash입니다. Gifts는 money/cash/외부 transfer가 아닌 server-verified digital items이며 harmful/chargeback 때 제거될 수 있지만 mandatory refunds는 남습니다. Genuine referral만 인정하며 manipulation은 rewards를 무효화합니다.

6. 소비자 권리

Mandatory conformity/remedies/refunds를 배제하지 않습니다. EEA distance service에는 14-day withdrawal이 적용될 수 있습니다. Digital content는 prior express request/consent 및 required acknowledgment 후 supply가 시작돼야 권리가 소멸할 수 있고 service는 statutory rules를 따릅니다. Checkout/provider가 choice를 기록해야 하며 이 조항 자체는 waiver가 아닙니다. Provider와 admin@adam-eva.app로 문의하십시오. “all sales final” 정책은 없습니다.

7. 가용성/제3자/IP

Maintain/secure/update/change/discontinue 및 downtime이 가능하나 material adverse paid change에는 required notice/remedy가 적용됩니다. Google/Play/Firebase, Stripe, Azure, IPinfo, OpenStreetMap의 own terms가 당사 duties를 없애지 않습니다. Code/brand/UI/design/database/proprietary ranking-security는 보호되며 personal non-commercial licence는 계약 종료 시 끝납니다.

8. 책임/종료

To maximum extent permitted by law, unforeseeable indirect/consequential loss 또는 solely unauthorized user/경고에 반한 unsafe meeting/UGC/your credentials/uncontrolled third party로 인한 손실은 책임지지 않으며 연속성/user truth를 보장하지 않습니다. Fraud, 제한할 수 없는 intentional/gross fault, negligence로 인한 death/injury, mandatory privacy/consumer rights는 배제하지 않고 invalid cap을 두지 않습니다. 이용자는 법에 따라 breach/illegal content/infringement의 foreseeable direct loss를 부담하되 consumer에게 unfair B2B indemnity를 부과하지 않습니다. Account stop/delete와 subscription cancel은 별도이며 기록은 법적으로 필요한 만큼만 남습니다.

9. 버전/법/불만

Published Terms는 version/dates/hash/history를 보존하고 material change는 re-acceptance가 필요합니다. Server는 authenticated user/version/hash/server UTC/platform/client/session/correlation을 기록하고 client timestamp/fingerprint를 신뢰하지 않습니다. Applicable law/court는 mandatory rules와 confirmed establishment에 따르며 코드로 확인되지 않는 exclusive forum을 만들지 않습니다. EEA/UK consumer는 거주지 보호/법원을 유지합니다. Support/anonymous form/admin@adam-eva.app는 authority/court 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
