Adam & Eva
Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 3 September 2026
1. Purpose and scope
These standards apply to the Adam & Eva website, Web application and Android application. They explain the rules and response process used to protect children even though Adam & Eva is an adults-only Christian dating service.
Adam & Eva is not a sexual-content service. Pornography, nudity, sexual services, sexual exploitation and other content or conduct prohibited by the Terms of Use and Community Rules are not allowed.
2. Adults only
Adam & Eva is intended only for people aged 18 or older. A person under 18 must not register, create or use an account, and no one may help a minor obtain access. Users confirm that they are at least 18 during sign-in and legal acceptance.
If you suspect that a member is under 18, stop interacting with the account and report it promptly using the process below.
3. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Adam & Eva prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). CSAE includes sexual abuse or exploitation of a child and conduct that sexually endangers a child. CSAM includes visual material depicting a minor in sexually explicit conduct.
There is zero tolerance for grooming, sextortion, trafficking or solicitation of children for sexual purposes, sexualisation of minors, attempts to obtain or exchange sexual images involving minors, and the creation, possession, upload, storage, promotion or distribution of CSAM.
4. Prohibited conduct and content
The following is prohibited on or through Adam & Eva:
- Any account operated by or presented as a person under 18, or any attempt to evade age restrictions.
- Sexual contact, requests, coercion, grooming, manipulation or blackmail involving a minor or a person believed to be a minor.
- Creating, requesting, possessing, sharing, linking to, selling or promoting CSAM, including altered or computer-generated material involving a minor.
- Trafficking, solicitation, commercial sexual exploitation or arranging sexual access to a child.
- Publishing a minor’s private information or using Adam & Eva to locate, threaten, exploit or endanger a child.
- Pornography, nudity, sexual services, non-consensual intimate material or other sexual content prohibited by the service rules.
5. How to report in Adam & Eva
Use the in-app report and support tools without leaving Adam & Eva:
- Open the member’s profile, or open the user actions from a conversation, and choose Report profile or Report user.
- Choose Other safety concern, state clearly if you suspect an underage user or child sexual exploitation or abuse, and describe what happened.
- Identify the relevant profile, photo or message in the description. You may attach lawful contextual evidence supported by the report form, but do not download, copy or redistribute suspected CSAM.
- Submit the report. You can also choose Block user in a conversation to stop further contact. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
6. Email reporting
You may also report a child-safety concern to support@adam-eva.app. Include the member name or user ID if known, where the content or conduct appeared, and a concise description. Do not email, forward or attach suspected CSAM; provide its location so it can be reviewed safely.
The support address is an additional channel and does not replace emergency services or competent authorities.
7. How Adam & Eva responds
Reports are assessed using the information available and may be escalated for authorised review. Depending on the facts, applicable measures may include:
- limiting visibility or access while a safety concern is assessed;
- rejecting, hiding or removing prohibited content;
- restricting, suspending or permanently banning an account;
- preserving report information and necessary evidence for safety, legal or enforcement purposes;
- escalating confirmed or serious cases as required by applicable law.
9. Privacy and evidence preservation
Reports and related personal data are handled under the Privacy Policy. Access is limited to authorised people and service providers who need it for support, safety, legal compliance or system security.
Report data and necessary evidence are retained only for the applicable operational, safety and legal periods, including a documented legal or security hold where required. Do not conduct your own investigation or redistribute harmful material.
